Albert Catering prioritizes the use of fresh, whole foods, including 100 % natural fruits and vegetables. Our meals are never made with artificial preservatives, dyes, thickeners, or genetically modified (GMO) ingredients. We also avoid using foods that are high in refined sugar, simple carbohydrates, or salt, such as processed cheese slices. Our 100% whole-grain bread is delivered fresh as needed to fufill orders. Our food offer all of the convenience of catering with the nutritional value and superior flavour of most homemade meals, so you never have to compromise on quality.

Innovative MENU DESIGN

We recognize that meeting diverse dietary needs is one of the most difficult aspects of running a daycare centre. This is especially true considering the high prevalence of childhood food allergies seen today. To help you quickly choose the right meal plan for your centre, we`ve developed multiple menus designed to accommodate lactose intolerance. and
common food allergies. We also have vegan and vepetarian menus.

To prevent menu fatigue, our lunch and snack menus operate on a four-week rotation and include diverse ingredients inspired by different cuisines around the world.
